TVA is delighted to announce that it has once again been contracted by Trinity College London, to deliver activities to do with Artsmark and Arts Award.
Director, Rowena Sommerville, will be continuing as Artsmark validator for schools and other establishments in the Tees Valley who apply for Artsmark or Artsmark Gold – the national kitemark for provision of good quality creative curriculum and arts education.
Projects Officer, Ree Collins, will soon be able to offer Artsmark training and support for those intending to apply, and also will be offering Arts Award Adviser training (Discover and Explore level) to artists, teachers and others who want to support young people to achieve in the arts. Arts Award Discover and Explore is an accredited achievement, ideal for all young people up to the age of 11, or for young people between 11 and 25 who want to make a gentle start in the arts.
