Launch Text To SpeechArts Development agency, Tees Valley Arts is co-ordinating the closing stages of Creative Partners for Progression (CP4P) a national ‘pilot’ partnership project between the Arts Council’s Creative Partnerships initiative and Aimhigher. The Creative Partners for Progression (CP4P) project piloted a range of innovative activities in 8 UK regions between 2005 and 2007.
