Vera and Jack Duckworth in Friends

Vera: Hey up chuck. Where’s this place?
Jack: I don’t know. Don’t blame me. It looks like we are in New York.
Vera: Eee. New York ! I’ve always fancied New York.
Monica: Oh, hi ! This is my apartment I think. Who are you?
Jack: Hello love. There seems to be a misunderstanding.
Vera: Oh don’t mind him. Jack, sit up will yer. Now, Miss Whatever-your-name-is, any chance of a cup of tea?
Jack: A cup of tea? I could murder a pint.
Monica: Excuse me?
Vera: Hey, don’t you talk to me like that young lady.
Rachel: Hi everybody. What’s going on?
Phoebe: Oh hi! I was just about to sit down and watch that new Brit soap, you know, Coronation Road or whatever it is called. But I don’t think I can now. I’ll go and make some coffee.
Vera: It’s a cup of tea I need.
Jack: I’d rather have a pint.
Phoebe: Wait there, I don’t know how to make tea. Will pinacolata do?
Vera: What’s pinacolata when it’s at home?
Monica: You don’t want to know, especially when Phoebe makes it, ha ha!
Rachel: So how long have you been in New York?
Jack: Well, we –
Vera: We just ended up here.
Monica: Oh well, a lot of things just well, just happen, ha ha…
Phoebe: Pinacolata coming up. Do you want it hot or cold ? I love it hot. Mmmm, delicious.
Jack: Will someone please tell me what a pinacolata is?
Monica: It’s just an exotic drink for sophisticated people, only –
Rachel: Hey – where did they go?
Jack: Well, we’re back. Why don’t you put the kettle on, love?
Vera: Eee, I think I’d rather have some off that Pinacolata. Do you think they sell it in the Rovers?
