River Tees Rediscovered
The River Tees Rediscovered programme is a five year programme funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund. The programme aims to reconnect communities, organisations and visitors to the river. Read more about the programme here.
Artist Adam Bligh worked in collaboration with visitors to the 20th Anniversary Open Day of Teesside Barrage with partners the Canal and Rivers Trust to create a bottle top mural now permanently displayed at the North Tower of the Barrage.
Crossing the Tees
Artists Miranda Richmond, Adrian Moule and Anna Cole worked in libraries in Darlington, Middlesbrough and Hartlepool to provide workshops inspired by the River Tees in Cynanotypes, Collographs at Home and Blockprints.
Willow Pattern Plates
Working with Middlesbrough born artist Emily Hesse, regular Tees Valley Arts contributor and artist Adrian Moule, we facilitated a collaboration that created the River Tees Rediscovered Willow Pattern Plate engagement.
